Santiago League Round 5: CPN lose to GUG- March 30, 2022

Cupes - Sameji 79-105 An interesting game for Sameji (3-1) which played against 4th placed Cupes (2-3). Third ranked Sameji had an easy win 105-79. Sameji have a solid series of three victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Plaza. Cupes at the other side keep the fourth place with three games lost. Sameji will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Cupes' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Santiago to the arena CPN. GUG - CPN 102-85 The game between second ranked CPN (3-2) and sixth ranked GUG (2-4) was the most important one in the last round on Tuesday night. CPN was defeated by GUG 85-102. Defending champion moved-up to fifth place. CPN at the other side dropped to the third position with two games lost. GUG will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. CPN's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Santiago Cupes. |
